Ho finito gli studi con una tesi sull’allora nascente cinema digitale, che sperimentavo nelle produzioni underground di Milano.
Ho iniziato a lavorare in Teatro come elettricista, a studiare la Luce e a maneggiare proiettori.
Ho imparato a saper costruire e arrangiarsi con poco.

Nel 2007, con altri 3 soci, ho fondato Fotogramma 25, una società di video produzione nella quale mi sono occupato della fotografia di molti commercials, video-installazioni, cortometraggi e documentari.

Ho imparato il valore della squadra, a gestire un budget, a costruire uno sguardo, a cambiare punto di vista.

Finito il sodalizio, dal 2014 continuo come DoP e operatore freelance.

Realizzo serie e one-off documentari per la televisione (ZDF/ARTE, RAI, Discovery Channel) e per il cinema (International film festivals), fiction films, tv shows, VR360° e ADV.

Raccontare storie è la mia passione e il mio lavoro, e lo faccio con le immagini.

I finished my studies with a thesis on early digital cinema, that I practiced with in Milan’s underground productions.
Then I started working as stage electrician in theater productions, studying Light and handling projectors. I learned to create and get by with little.

In 2007 I moved to video and I founded, with 3 other partners, a film production company called Fotogramma 25.
I shooted, as a DoP and camera department, many commercials, video installations, short films and documentaries.

I learned the value of the crew, to manage a budget, to build a certain gaze, to change the point of view.
After the end of the partnership, since 2014 I am continuing to work as a DoP and camera operator freelance.

I shot broadcast series and one off documentaries (ZDF/ARTE, RAI, Discovery channel), feature lenght documentary (International film festivals) , fiction film, tv shows, VR 360° and ADV.
I continue to travel, to get curious, to learn.

Telling stories is my passion and my job and I do it with pictures.
